Ive beat so many level and won perks that never came and once it locked me out and made me start at the beginning again.

Time to update & fix response time problem. Toward time up, response is sluggish & player is cheated. In higher levels Frenchie needs to shut up, his constant input is very distracting!

I like love this app its so much fun and if you dont like it buzz off

I have enjoyed the game, but am on level 281 and my rewards have been frozen for about 100 levels. Might as well not even have them in the game...

This game has just the right amount of easy and hard levels to solve!

This game is more fun than chess‼️ I alternate between Cookie Jam and Panda Pop. They are so enthralling. I thoroughly enjoy playing them both. If you havent tried Panda Pop, YOU SHOULD‼️

I love this game and have played it everyday for well over a year. But it hasnt been working right since the last update. It crashed on me yesterday and is still frozen. Im afraid to delete bc I dont want to lose the 1100+ levels Ive completed.

Level 93 smore land three moves to get 1 piece of cake ... Done....all remaining moves turn into rainbow smores ...thinking, my score is going to be mega huge...and they all wipe out in one swoop...robbing me of a much higher, earned score.... Ridiculous rewards. Plus, what good are the coins??? They never accumulate, unless you purchase them, and this game should not be about the money! Its for fun!! Other games allow you to do certain tasks to earn coins and lives, besides watch a movie or ads. The Lives disappear way too quickly! Im at a higher level than 93 but I like to get 3 stars on each level so I go back to earn them, and level 84 93 and 104 have been my nemesis for a while..frustrating.

Since the recent update all I get is a black screen when trying to access the app. Please fix. Other than that I love the app.

Seems the daily reward had been frozen for some time now . Cant this be fixed? I like playing but also look forward to those rewards.

My new favorite thing in the world. I know I should probably feed my kids and put them to bed but they should be able to fend for themselves while I get in a few more levels. Yay.

I personally like this game overall. Its cute, fun, and very addicting. However, for me when it comes to the daily rewards, I click to accept it, but I dont get the reward. I just hope that gets fixed ^^

Only get a black screen since last update. Try to reach out for support and says page does not exist. Please fix.

I finally won the special challenge where you have to win 5 levels with one life. After I beat all 5 levels it froze on me and I never received my prize basket. I deleted the app after that and Im never downloading it again until its fixed.

So far Im loving this game. Its a good alternative to candy crush because Im currently stuck on a hard level on that so this is great. I havent noticed anything bad so far so I recommend this to everyone! SO MUCH FUN. And I love the colors and its a cute game!

I loved this game, played to level 622 and recommended it to many friends...then ALL of my progress suddenly disappeared. I contacted support, they restored an older version I have on another device which was only at level 140. I explained the problem (twice). That was three days ago. No response. Terrible customer service/support.
